hi,

  my connection status of IDP device on my NSM -Device List is - DOWN..

  i need to reinitialize the connection between nsm server and idp device..via CLI..how do i do this? what command..


  normally i need to delete the device then re-add. this will make it work...but im thinkin of just a command from
  the cli..

any tips?

i managed to reboot the idp device and connection is now UP....

Try RMA'ing the device and Re-activating it using the " IP unreachable" option.
