Dear all

From two months ago we have a serious problems of communications between remote sites and the headquarter of the company where i work.
Im working in a enterprise with 20 sites connected with VPN/MPLS lines.
In the headquarter we have a WXC500
Only in 5 sites have WX20 the rest of sites not have any Accelerator.

All sites have published their lan/s via BGP, and the default gateway in all sites is the MPLS router of the headquarter.
The headquarter router have the default gateway our Core Switch Cisco Catalyst 4510.
this catalyst have default gateway as the MPLS Router.

Then if from a site have a request with not know destination, this request go to the headquater router MPLS, the router send the paquets to our core and if the core not know the  destination send the paquet to the MPLS Router doing a loopbak..

The MPLS router connect to a Catalyst 2960 Switch (name Switch 1)
The Catalyst 4506 connect to other Catalyst 2960 Switch (name switch 2)
Between the catalyst switchs we have connected the WXC500 (local to Switch 2 and remote port to Switch 1)..

Is strange because when we do a loopback,  the times between answers increase the time in each loopback hop..

look...

c:\>tracert -d 150.214.94.5

Trace complete.

The switchports have the same configuration ...

Switch1#
interface GigabitEthernet0/21
 description Port REMOTE Juniper
 switchport mode trunk

Switch2#
interface GigabitEthernet0/21
 description Port LOCAL Juniper
 switchport mode trunk

If i shutdown the WXC500, the times betwwen hops downs to >1ms each hop..

Do you know any idea?

Thanks a million!!
