I support a decent sized Juniper SSL community which averages about 300 users at any given moment. About once a month I run into a problem with a user who can't get the Juniper Terminal Services Client to work from their home PC. What happens is when they try and connect the browser goes blank for about 30 seconds and then it just kicks them back to their Juniper SSL home page. I first have them verify their patch level, then I have them disable any anti-virus/adware/software firewalls, etc. If that doesn't work I end up having them use local RDP over JSAM. Is there something I am missing? Is there a better way to troubleshoot this? I've tried working with Juniper support and they have not been very helpful. I'm running 6.3R4 btw.
