4550/4200 Virtual Chassis
« on: April 27, 2016, 06:14:57 pm »
Hello! I am brand new to Juniper devices (first time touching one was Monday), so be easy on me  :-D

I have a EX 4550 48 port optical switch and a EX42000 48 port ethernet switch. I have configured the virtual chassis with the 4550 as the master, routing-engine and the 4200 as a member, line card. The problem I am having is that the 4200 stopped 'switching' after the virtual chassis came up. I have a router with a DHCP scope plugged into port 0, and my laptop with DHCP enabled plugged into port 1. It was working fine prior to the virtual chassis, but has stopped working. The lights are on, green lit. What did I miss? TYIA!
