NSMXpress issues
« on: June 16, 2015, 04:52:28 am »
Hi,
We just reinstall a cluster of 2 NSMXpress appliance in NSM 2012.2 r10.
All installation process was ok, but when we connect to GUI with NSM client, on the main NSM server, we can't add the second NSM server cause the add butoon is grey out.
Moreover the device menu is missing so we can't add our juniper devices to the NSM.
For me it looks like a license issue, but during the NSMXpress installation there were no license prompt or other... and I can't find where to add one license in the GUI.
Thanks for your help,
Regards
