It's about time Juniper starts thinking about changing the behaviour of ping as management protocol

When you have configured manager-ip's in screenos, this has an impact on all management protocols (webui, telnet, ssh, ssl, ...), but not on ping.

When you enable ping (and you have manager-ip's configured), the manager-ip's are ignored and the device becomes pingable from everywhere.

It would be nice to be able to apply the manager-ip restrictions to ping as well
