Hi all,

Can anyone please assist?
My PC keeps on crashing, even after a clean install of Windows 10.
I do not have any viruses and my devices drivers are all up to date.

See below info from WhoCrashed:

On Sun 2016/08/21 9:54:55 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\082116-4031-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: neofltr_700_20241.sys (0xFFFFF804A8A26191)
Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0x18, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF804A8A26191)
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\neofltr_700_20241.sys
product: Secure Application Manager
company: Juniper Networks
description: NetBIOS Redirector
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: neofltr_700_20241.sys (NetBIOS Redirector, Juniper Networks).
