It's a little more than IDS, although you can leave it at that if you like.  By putting it In-Line and configuring the appropriate policy, it will stop attacks, unlike other non-inline IDS.

Oh, and change the OneSecure to NetScreen = OneSecure doesn't exist any more.  They're re-branding it NetScreen through and through.
