I have a netscreen 25 at my end and I'am trying to access network share of our another office on the same WAN.
I cannot do so,surprisingly the servers are listed under network places but when trying to access the shares, comes up cannot be found.
I can ping the servers there and a tracert  shows that the path is correct.
I have checked  all policies and routes, the interesting bit is I can access all other shares  to other offices on the WAN, it is just this one office I can't get access to.
I'am not very familiar with logging on netscreen 25 to troubleshoot this further,would appreciate if someone could assist me.

Few queries for you : -

1) Can you access the network share using the IP ?

If yes then try the below.

What is the MSS size set-up on your device, try tweaking the mss size, start from 1400 and try reducing to lower values step-by-step till you can access the network share using name.

Hmmmm........is it possible for you to give a diagramatic representation of what you are trying to achieve and paste the latest config of your device. Hide the actual ip's and passwords.

I'am wanting to get access to our Perth office from Melbourne,all the other offices I can see the shares.
