Firewall session get more that 90%

HI

I have SSg 140 firewall.The session get so high everyday & one day it touch more that 90% .As soon as session reach 90% traffic communication get stop.after clearing the session its start to work fine.I have trouble shoot each & every possibilities to diagnosis the issue but not able come across with the exatt issue. The current firmware version version 6.3.0r1.0(firewall & VPN) & hardware ver 1010(0).Is there any bug with this firmware version.

I would be great full if any one suggest me.
