Firefox 3.6 and Network Connect

We're running IVE 6.4.0r2 and just recently a number of our clients have upgraded to firefox 3.6 and network connect does not launch. Not sure if this is a firefox issue or Juniper issue. Anyone have this figured out?

do you get any errormessages or is the page where networkconnect getting loaded just hanging and saying: "please wait, network connect is loading" and nothing happens anymore?

Correct....network connect would never launch.

This was resolved by upgrading to Java 6 update 17.

A second issue had to do with Firefox not having all the certificates installed. We have an Entrust L1B chain cert required for many of our sites and Firefox would bark about it not being a trusted connection. So, installing the chain cert in Firefox also took care of that.

so you fixed that? cause i have the same issue aswell, but only since i started to test because of your question. thats really weird because it worked before. hmm, have to test that again...
