After powering on WXC 500, "booting up" message appears on
display and it keeps booting without any change for hours.

What may be the reason?

TIA.

 Hello,
Repowered it several times, nothing comes on console.
Connected console cable to switch, just to make sure that cable is ok.
I see switch booting.
Do you know how much time does it take to RMA it after device received
by Juniper?
